The property overall was okay, but it was clear that detailed cleaning is lacking. While the main areas were generally clean, there were a lot of bugs and cobwebs, especially in corners and areas that don’t seem to get dusted regularly. Spider webs were noticeable throughout, which made the space feel less cared for than expected.The other challenge was the atmosphere created by the rules and automated communication. It felt very strict and transactional, and there was a constant sense that if anything was slightly out of place, we could be charged or penalized. That made it hard to fully relax during the stay.

Very cute property. Perfect amount of space for our family to stay before our cruise. Well furnished and clean. Tamara’s house was absolutely perfect for my family. The Uber found the house with zero issues, and the instructions for accessing the keys and unlocking everything were very clear and easy to follow.The home was spotless! The linens were fresh and smelled like clean laundry (one of my favorite things!). The kitchen was well-equipped for family meals and even had plenty of cleaning supplies. We especially loved the enclosed outdoor sitting area — such a cozy space to relax.The bedrooms were a great size, both bathrooms were very nice, and we appreciated the extra air mattress being available. The location was incredibly convenient — we were able to walk to the beach, the grocery store, and nearby restaurants.Tamara communicated quickly and was reading available to answer any questions.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

We were a group of friends who stayed at the home for several weeks while attending a course. We enjoyed are stay very much. The home was clean and comfortable and Tamara, our host, was very responsive and understanding. The home's location made it easy to get around Long Beach. The only problem was the futon in the room with a queen bed. It is big enough for children, but isn't comfortable for an adult.

Comfortable home, centrally located
This home was even better than described! We had all the amenities of home in a safe, secure area. We had ample room for our mini van and were also able to squeeze a sedan in the driveway, as well. Communication with the property owner was great! The location of the house made it easy to get to beaches and plenty of sight-seeing. We would definitely stay here again!
