« A great getaway spot for a small family. Mahalo is conveniently located close to restaurants, marinas, grocery stores, and shopping.Very accessible to walk or drive. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved the screened-in balcony with water views. The only thing to make it a perfect stay would be a washer/dryer.The host was very helpful and available .I would stay here again. »

« The room was very clean, despite being an older building the furnishings and amenities were very up to date. It’s clear they aim for pleasing guests. We didn’t use the pool, but our balcony overlooked that area and it was a beautiful comfortable looking relaxing setting. Our host was very gracious and kept us updated each stage of our visit and was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help in suggesting local attractions and food options. Overall, travel made easy! »

« The apartment was exactly as listed. The only downside was there was no tv service and I never thought to bring our Netflix account to operate the tv »

« Place is exactly as shown. Clean and updated. Community Pool was cold and lounge chairs were all broken. Laundry on site if you download the app and put 10 on the app. The booking process was the longest and most in-depth I’ve ever done for all rentals combined. I understand getting people info but man It was, to say the least, a nuisance. »

« The place was comfortable and basic. It’s in a safe area and very convenient. There is no dishwasher and very basic amenities in the kitchen. The only challenge is that there is a lot of street noise outside… trucks driving by late night/early morning. There is a 4 way stop at corner where the unit is. Overall it’s a good safe unit for reasonable price. »

« I booked a stay, and my credit card was charged without any issues. However, on the day of check-in, they claimed that my card declined the security deposit payment. Instead of notifying me, they canceled my booking, leaving us stranded. Strangely, I saw the security deposit charge as pending, and when I contacted my credit card company, they confirmed that there were no issues on their end. »

« This was my second time staying here. While the apartment itself and the amenities were top-notch, the location of the unit was disappointing, and the A/C unit was quite loud.Unfortunately, my apartment was directly next to the elevator. Every time people entered or exited, it sounded as if they were right inside my unit — it was extremely noisy. The A/C unit also made a loud noise for the first 5 minutes every time it kicked on, which happened about 5–8 times a day. It definitely became...
