The kitchenette comes with all the essentials, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, blender and cookware to make meals or enjoy your leftovers from the many amazing restaurants nearby. Don`t forget to enjoy an evening beverage and a game of corn hole under the backyard string lights.

The studio also has free laundry access. Laundry is a shared space with the main house.

You will get full access to the studio, it is sectioned off privately from the main house. You will also get shared access to the yard (front and back), laundry, and on site parking.

We do not live on the property, but are nearby in case any issues come up. Because this is a two unit property you might interact with guest from the main house in the shared spaces (yard and laundry)

The studio has off-street parking for one car, but Uber or Lyft are great options to get around town.
