'The room was old , a lot of noise in the rooms from the other guests. The bed was realy bad there was a holl in the matras where every guest has slept. We got a drink i the bar. The young girl brought the wrong drinks.
To much money for the things you get. '

' Very friendly staff approachable and helpful nothing too much trouble.
Fantastic double room very light and spacious loved the amenities selection , very large en suite with a bath as well as shower. Lovely meal great good menu choices in a cozy setting next to the fire with a really good bar selection too.

'Staff could not be more helpful and were always happy & willing to talk to guests. Food in restaurant was exactly what I have come to expect from Shepherd Neame Hotels and Pubs. I had room on 1st floor with access to roof terrace which had an excellent view of Viking Bay and the Sea. I found room very quiet at night with only the sound of the sea to be heard in the background. '
