'Great pool to lounge around & relax - just need alot more sun loungers as they were always full, would have been great to have more options for pool side massages (cheaper too) Slow service for table ordering,had to ask for water a few times before actually getting it. 'Hotel is 3Star, not4. Room is good and lot of space. Breakfast is poor: no bacon; no ham on your sandwich. Coffee sometimes not warm and juice not fresh. Pool on 9th floor is good. People are all friendly'

'Quiet rustic luxury. Rooms are thatched roof bures. It is winter here in July, so it is cool (60’s) at night. No rain as it is dry season. '

The bathroom in the hotel room wasn’t completely clean in some places but the bed was comfortable and the overall decor was nice, and the air con worked well. There was a large range of good food on offer and there were lots of activities and excursions available to do each day. If you want a purely quiet, undisturbed, retreat-style location then you may want to go somewhere else as there is a bit of relaxed background bustle...
