'Pools were lovely and staff were excellent. One small hiccup but easily resolved, used room towels taken away but not replaced, daily phone call to housekeeping soon had clean towels delivered.'

'I booked this resort for myself and my two daughters and it was so beautiful. The beach waters are literally crystal clear turquoise water. The snorkeling was beautiful. The coral was so bright. The staff was 10 out of 10 so pleasant so kind willing to go above and beyond to make your stay happy. Special shout out to the all the bartenders especially Fresh and Ami. Una and Bill were very very helpful with everything. I will most definitely return. '

'The best part about First Landing is the staff. So friendly, helpful and amazing with kids. We stayed in a 1Bedroom villa which was beautiful. Had everything you needed and its own private pool. The main pool is also very good, large and with lots of loungers/umbrellas around it. There was an activity board each day with lots of different things to do and excursions could be booked through the onsite tour desk. Tuesday night show was great fun too. But again, the people really are the best!'

'Nice location with good snorkeling all around the island. Beautiful area. Lovely staff. The rooms were a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning. The food was ok. The vegetarian options were quite good. I loved having a little beach right outside my bura. All in all a nice stay. Vanaka! '

'Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply '

'The hotel is well located for your next flight. They are super friendly people. Everything is super clean. A big shout out to the gardeners: the garden is amazing! The vegetable garden is a tour worth on itself. Breakfast was a little disappointing. It starts at 6, but things weren’t ready. Coffee should never ever be instant coffee in a resort. NEVER. If you want fresh coffee, you have to pay for it extra. '
