'Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply '

'When you are looking for a luxurious and tropical destination, Tokoriki is the place to go! The cottages are beautifully decorated and all have seaview. The pool is stunning and is the perfect place to enjoy sunset with a nice cocktail. Staff is extremely friendly. The resort offers different trips around the island, the free daily snorkelling trips were great. Overall experience was excellent, but don't expect Michelin star quality food.'

'We stayed here for a week, and there was plenty to keep ourselves and our 7 year old entertained. We were initially hesitant to put our son in kids club, but he had an absolute blast. There are three sessions of kids club each day: morning, afternoon and evening. The evening one is great as it allows the adults to have a peaceful dinner together while the kids race frogs and party. The beach and reef were better than we expected from the mainland, and there were lots of gorgeous fish to spot...
