'Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and...

'We purchased an upgraded villa in the Club lounge. It is a 1200 sqft room with a nice balcony. The apartment is very odd. It has a approx 18 ft couch in it, not really useable. The rest of the apartment was well equipped. Separate shower and toilet. The club area is a bit far from the ocean but we liked the daily tea and cocktail hour. Lots of kids.'
