'Goed verblijf gehad bij The Pearl. Internet lag er uit toen we incheckten waardoor ze op dat moment geen kamersleutels konden uitgeven. De competene en gastvrije dame achter de balie had snel een work around gevonden + had meteen een spa afspraak voor ons geregeld. Spa medewerkers waren zeer gastvrij en masseerden goed. 'I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with. The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror. The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar. 'The house is located in pacific harbour. This is an area where a lot of expads have a villa. This house is old. Interior, exterior. Not what we are used to have in europe or the US. Everything is used very much and worn out. The kitchen is a bit sticky and also very old. Kitchendoors are painted 20 times and also a long time ago. 'Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior...
