'The room was the only thing clean. There were cockroaches all over the food, the dishes were dirty and the all included drinks were awful. The staff was inattentive and the entire place is all sand, the place you eat the bar everywhere making it difficult to keep clean. The lady that gave my massage was on her phone most of the time. 'We decided to check out Likuri Island on our first trip to Fiji. We only planned on one night, and were very glad it wasn’t longer. The place isn’t the most convenient to access, requiring a jetty (not included in the cost of stay). Once you’re there, be prepared, it’s pretty rustic. It’s got basics for food and drinks. The biggest issue for us was the family bure. It felt like camping…the bathroom was terrible with heavy black muck in the sink. Our shower barely worked The electricity came and...

'The 4 nights my wife and I spent at the Shangri-La Fijian at the end of August were very relaxing and enjoyable. The entire staff upheld the super-friendly reputation of the Fijian culture. Every time we interacted with restaurant servers ( such as asking about the menus, or asking them to take photos of us), they graciously responded.
The ocean view from our room was wonderful!
I love to snorkel, and I found lots of fish as I swam out from the beach area.
