'Everyone is extremely helpfull and friendly. Clean everything!'

'The photos are not consistent with the state of the property. The rooms are great size and very comfortable. Maintenance is lacking as is cleaning the waterfront with debris from the hurricane 2 months ago. Investment in the property is needed - there are not enough chairs for each day by pool. The pools are extremely difficult to enter and exit. The staff are fantastic do such a great job looking after everything you could possibly want. We went to DENERAU every day swam in beach,...

'I just wrapped up an incredible solo trip to Fiji, and my stay at the Radisson Blu was easily the highlight—entirely because of the phenomenal staff. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the team here made me feel completely welcome and right at home from the absolute moment I arrived. Every single department knocked it out of the park: • The Porters: The second my ride pulled up, I was hit with huge smiles and a massive, warm "Bula!" They grabbed my bags immediately and set...

'We stayed at First Landing for 1 week and it was great! Lovely staff, great breakfast buffet, amazing dinner shows (warriors and fire dance) and well located away of the more touristic areas. Will definately stay again. Vinaka to all the staff!'

'I LOVED LOVED LOVED STAYING HERE AT SERENITY ISLAND! I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone! The staff are so friendly with a special shout out to Junior and Phee who made our trip extra special with their beautiful smiles and glittery flowers! In general the staff were amazing and helpful, constantly trying to make our trip special! The rooms are fantastic and clean and would highly recommend the extra money for a beach Bungalow for fantastic views! The turtle cleaning and feeding...

'Staff were always willing to oblige and friendly. The resort needs to be like their surrounding resorts eg the Hilton and have an adult only pool for all adults who wish to have a break from children without $220 a day charge unless belonging to their club.'

'Alles was prima geregeld. De hotelreceptioniste was geweldig, een voorbeeld voor velen!'

'Best stay near airport hotel, friendly, atmosphere, few hundred yards from arr/dep hall and even then wonderful free shuttle service! Swimmingpool to relax. Low rise building only 2 floors.'

'Vreselijk hotel. Onvriendelijke service, niet schoon, airconditioning was kapot en heel veel vliegen in de kamer.'

'The island itself is stunning. We were so impressed with how clean and new the snorkeling gear was. The food was good and all the staff were so friendly. Our room was in the sunset facing building, the view was unbelievable. We would definitely stay here again!'

'It's a good place for your first night of last night before you go to the islands. Don't spend too long here. The beach is dirty and the sea too. Don't expect a white beach and blue water. The food is expensive, just go to Bamboo at the end of the road to get lunch and dinner, much cheaper and better. It's a good place for just one night as it's close to the airport. Also try the local bus!'

'Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nette kamer met goede voorzieningen.'

'A great property. Clean, newly renovated. Big rooms. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Beautiful pools'

'It was pretty comfortable although a little outdated.'
