'Pool wasn’t open didn’t find out till I arrived. The ac was broke couldn’t control it. Had to unplug when it got to cold then plug it back in when it got to hot. Was not as nice as the photos. Overall very disappointed.'

'The bathroom was not the best. Tub was pretty gross. Luckily it was a short stay and we only used it for a quick rinse. A towel had a big black stain on it. The pool area was freezing and pool itself was freezing. But clean it good atmosphere. Towels at the pool were loin cloths so bring your own. The tv was so basic (welcome to 1995). The bedspread had a red stain on it which was a bit gross. And they were horribly uncomfortable. But that’s a personal preference maybe. There are very few...

'Staff was wonderful. So helpful and very nice/professional. Room was quiet and clean. Location is not really Cambridge; it’s more Arlington. So make sure you look at a map before booking if you must be near Cambridge proper (something I didn’t do). If they offer a breakfast option that wasn’t the full buffet, I didn’t see it. But that would’ve been nice.'

'The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful.The room was clean and tidy with air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of different choices to choose from.The hotel is ideally situated just a few train stops from the centre of Boston. Can't fault this hotel and would definitely stay there again.'
