When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. « Provided everything we needed. The bedrooms were large, and the common areas easily accommodated us. The kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were excellent, and the dining room table handled us all perfectly. « Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and cozy. A bit outdated but only stayed 1 night so it was fine. Owner was so extremely helpful in our travels! The road right at the house had been shut down the day of our arrival which made it a little difficult to navigate to but he stayed on the phone with us and talked us through our route! Would definitely stay again! »
