'Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is a very good airport layover hotel. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. The price was a little high for my budget but a good choice for a stop over coming back from Europe. There is an additional $25 destinations fee that comes with a $20 credit for dinner. I used it to bet a surprising good hamburger.'

The evening appetizers buffet was perfect for our family to get some snacks & relax before dinner. The morning breakfast buffet food was delicious and had many options. '

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'
