After hours of trying to contact the host, with no luck, we were forced to find a new place to stay. Then we had to spend hours with VRBO for a full refund as the supervisor I was directed to told me that they don't do full refunds. HOW is that possible? We then were on our own, at 9:30 PM in a rural part of Virginia...
