« The beds were comfortable with good mattresses. Never ran out of hot water. Well supplied kitchen. HVAC was right on. This all made for a comfortable stay. »

« We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is easily one of the most incredible properties of all! It may be slightly off the beaten path but it is absolutely worth it! The property is beautiful with tranquil water views and the tiny barn is tastefully decorated with all amenities you would need. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. « After we had to contact VRBO for check-in instructions, we finally heard from the host past check-in time. When we arrived at the property it was clear it had not been cleaned. After hours of trying to contact the host, with no luck, we were forced to find a new place to stay. Then we had to spend hours with VRBO for a full refund as the supervisor I was directed to told me that they don't do full refunds. HOW is that possible? We then were on our own, at 9:30 PM in a rural part of Virginia...
