'Amazing hotel, well worth its high rating. We stayed in a corner king room, which was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance to ferries, the harbor, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. If anything could be improved, it would be cleaner carpets, but overall this was an excellent stay and a perfect base for exploring Sydney.'
