'Clean and cosy rooms. Central to the mountain and town. Very nice room layout! Washer/ dryer available in the villa. Check in process could be improved. We arrived earlier in the day and no one around to help us check in. We left and returned hours later and still no one to check us in. Another person staying in the resort contacted the person that was supposed to be there for check in and that person sent the cleaner to check us in! It was annoying and bizarre! '

'We’ve been going to Spring Bay Villas for 25 years. For us, the peace and quiet, space between villas and that it allows pets are the big draw card. Ocean Beach Road gets busier and Denmark sprawls more from year to year. But being able to walk to the Channel and Ocean Beach are a real positive.'

'Need a rail on the stairs. Air conditioning installed as extremely hot during the day. The lounge chairs are very worn. The bathroom needs ventilation. The house is not suitable for older people or with mobility issues. '

'Very handy to the Tongariro crossing and National Park. Warm and cosy. Easy parking. Very well equipped kitchen. Only one change I would request and that is to have it detailed that it’s recommended to take your own sheets, towels and tea towels when booking. '
