'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'We chose to stay here as we didn’t want to be in a high rise hotel and chose a room with a harbour view terrace so we could sit out after a day out. The room was a lovely size and the bed was so amazingly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic, within walking distance of all major attractions, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. '
