'Most of waterpark and restaurants are closed.'

'I am writing this review to help others avoid the same mistake I made. I intended to book the Aqua Resort Club, but inadvertently booked this hotel due to the similar naming. Furthermore, the central AC unit was excessively loud throughout my two-night stay, preventing me from getting any sleep at all.'

'Pricey room but has all the amenities'

'Ocean view, clean, safe'

'The staff were all so friendly. The housekeeping was reliable. It’s a great location if you want to spend some time at the beach.'

'Newly remodeled'

'Close to downtown area; the property is under renovation but did not pose a problem. I enjoyed that it had a microwave in the room, which is not common anymore. The place felt safe and was very roomy.'

'Small and dirty. Toilet bowl clogged ! TV not working No elevator'

'Thank you for accommodating us during typhoon Bavi. Not many places were available so I wouldn’t complain. Overall, we had a safe and awesome stay. Thank you!!!'

'Beautiful ocean front hotel on a quieter stretch of powdery white sand. Paid airport shuttle was on time and convenient. Hotel manager responded immediately to small issues and was very thoughtful.'

'My room was clean and the staff was nice. The lobby is quite hot but there was a friendly cat there that greets guests. My room was close to the bar area so I could hear.the noise but I just ignored it. It would best if the doors also had double-bolt for safety. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap, too; but towel has been provided. Good aircon quality!'
