'Did not use the kitchen, but did use the laundry which is always interesting in foreign countries compared to the relative ease that we can dry clothes in the US. They were very helpful by providing a simple guide on how to run the laundry. Outside of a small hiccup regarding the laundry (which one of the front desk staff members helped to remediate by walking my wife down to the laundromat) the property was great. Spacious with 2 bedrooms, very clean, great location right next to the subway and...

'The hotel was centrally located to the Ginza and Asakusa Lines. One minute walk to Gina line. This made it very easy to get around Tokyo. The staff was very nice and helpful and answered questions we had. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4 adults. Family Mart was downstairs. I will be coming back on my next stay to Tokyo. '
