'This place is in a great location - very close walking distance to the central Asakusa sites (temple, gates, Don Quixote, etc) as well as to multiple train/metro stations. However, it’s on a nice quiet street where you feel like you’re away from it all. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommended this place.'

'The staff were lovely. They greeted us as soon as we went in for check in. The room is clean, pjs are comfortable. Onsen was lovely. Wifi was fast. The room was big and had seats. It was a lovely stay and close to everything. Laundry washing machine is free to use. The dryer is not. Water bottles can be received from counter. Water dispenser there isn’t one. There’s free coffee in the ground floor. '

'OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away.'

'Voor de derde keer Gracery Asakusa bezocht. Het is een fijn hotel, dichtbij Senso-ji. Tevens dicht bij twee metrolijnen, directe treinverbinding met Narita en Haneda airport. De kamer is goed ingericht, misschien een beetje klein, maar er is goed over nagedacht. De badkamer is ook redelijk ruim. Het hotel heeft een goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.'

'Very small room even by Japanese standards and the window was frosted glass so you couldn’t see through it. Quite claustrophobic. Room was clean and airconditioning worked well. Staff was just okay, nothing special. Elevators slow. Wouldn’t stay here again.'

'For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area. There are Lawson and 711 not too far away, about a 13-minute walk from Tarawachi station on the Ginza line. It is also close to the Skytree.
