'The location was good for my mobility scooter, helpful / friendly staff & we had a courtyard groundfloor room. Twin room was rather small, but adequate. Full English Breakfast was excellent value & not greasy- waitng staff were good. Many thanks for our stay.'

'Visited for a short holiday and to visit family. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was fine. We usually stayed in premier inn at Exmouth and tried this hotel for a change. Not much difference except we had a balcony, staff were nicer and more helpful and was cheaper to stay and park. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is pet friendly so there were some people staying with their dogs. We didn’t mind.'

'We had a great time at Knoll House - a truly old British affair - vintage and well loved, quirky, fun, v friendly and efficient staff, good dinner, excellent breakfast. Perfect for a family break with plenty of facilities and brilliantly located. We took our small dog who was welcomed by staff. By the very nature of being dog and family friendly this is a cosy place, gentile but not fancy - ideal for active guests with plenty of space for grandparent to join too! '
