Cottages in Centraal Virginia

'Check-in time of 4pm is unacceptable, especially with check-out time of 10am. Paying for two nights and not receiving the full 48 hours is an issue. The national park was closed the duration of my trip, which was unfortunate. This cottage is nice for a couple's retreat if you're doing wine tasting tours. '

'Bluebird Cottage is a lovely place to stay. The only issue we had was that the pull out sofa is not a double bed for adults. It would be suitable for children Very clean and welcoming '

'The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't offer anything about that. The bathroom space is tight, but functional. Our dog travels with us, so the large amount of space for him to run was wonderful. Last but not least, the mattress....my husband and I have very different opinions on what a comfortable mattress is, butto out surprise we both slept well and thought the mattress...

The perfectly romantic hideaway to celebrate our anniversary. Not quite as secluded as we expected, but certainly private enough and very respectful owners that live in the main house. '
