'Super mooi hotel maar avonds buiten komen is niet aan te raden rondt het hotel '

'Hebben ons erg vermaakt! Hadden 3 kamers voor 1 week. Alles was perfect. Bed was groot, koelkast en vriezer aanwezig, airco, het was schoon en er waren genoeg zenders voor als je kapot bent van al het lopen en sightseeing en gewoon even wilt relaxen. We hadden in het begin wat problemen met 1 van de deurkaarten, maar dit werd meteen opgelost. Er is altijd iemand aanwezig. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Sochtends stond er koffie klaar en de hele dag door is er jusdorange en limonade...

'Prachtig hotel. Midden in Chinatown LA. Mooie schone kamer, goed bed, mooie douche/toilet. koffie op de kamer. Tv telefoon.Goed ontbijt.'

'The hotel is completely new and modern. The lobby is on the 70th Floor with a magnificent view of the LA downtown skyline. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Only minor point of comment is the not complete (at the time of booking via Expedia) transparency about the additional costs.'

'Beautiful hotel and a new LA favorite. Only downside is expensive parking. Their rates are higher than other garages in the area , so this is not great service. Buffet breakfast is a little pricey, but don’t let that stop you because there’s great food at walking distance. '

'Staff was nice! Maintenance and housekeeping was amazing! We were disappointed with the roof top bar because it was closed Thursday night and Friday there was an event so we didn’t experience it! Other than that it was amazing! There is a bar on the first floor so we were able to have a drink and relax! '
