'Absolutely perfect! Kids loved the pool too'

'This place is a gem - would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are simple, but clean and well appointed. The common area is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area - a special shout out to Namah who took extra care of us - thanks Namah!!'

'I like the customer service was great it’s someone always at the from desk. When you needed someone they was always on time to help you with your needs and they always greeting you every time they see you. They help u with transportation if you need it. They was just all around excellent….'

'The best ever! Would reccomend it to everyone gling to Tulum!'

'Had a really good time at this property …it’s exactly what it was in the pictures and the host was very kind and communicative, pool was also very well maintained! Very enjoyable experience'

'This was truly an amazing honeymoon! Staff was so friendly, food was amazing and was very clean!'

'The property was very well kept. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff is always nice and accommodating. I will definitely return to Panacea!'
