'The outside of the hotel is not as impressive as the interior. When I pulled up, I was a little concerned that I had made a mistake, but once I entered the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location, was excellent -- walking distance from the Commons and great restaurants and shopping, and very close to Ithaca College, which I was visiting and was the reason I was in Ithaca. Pros
- Immaculately maintained. The cleanest hotel I can recall staying in.
- Exterior, lobby, hallways, common areas, and room were spotless.
- Spacious room and bathroom.
- Excellent shower with strong water pressure.
- Firm, comfortable bed.
- Professional and helpful front-desk staff despite a very busy weekend.
Cons
- Breakfast was decent but struggled to keep certain items stocked during peak periods.
- Rear parking lot was closed for paving preparations...

'This property is run down. It seems like the carpet has not been changed since they opened the place. I expected more for 270 a night. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet, their blankets are thin, you need to ask for the linens for the sofa bed, everything was outdated. Breakfast is from 6-10, however we got to the dining room at 9:15 and they ran out of a lot of things (eggs, bacon, bread, muffins) and were not replenishing. Staff were nowhere to be found. They were out of coffee...
