'Awesome'

'The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was good. But the AC in our room leaked water onto the floor a lot. Two years ago when I stayed here with my pet the property was 5-star excellent with beautiful lobby and rooms. Now the facility, walls, doors show a lot of wear and tear and look a bit worn out. In the lobby on the front wall cardboard boxes are stacked to the ceiling blocking windows. Makes the atmosphere very unappealing. It's a shame it has gotten a bit rundown. But if you have a...

'The room was clean but smaller than in the picture. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The only missing was there was no hook for used towels in the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. Also there was much counter space around the bathroom sink.'
