« The worst Hilton property I have ever stayed on. The entry door would not close on its. In order to close it I had left up in the door handle with my had and shoulder and force it closed. The bathroom door would remain open on its own. I have to shove two magazines between the door and the door jam to keep it open. The lights in the bedroom almost nonexistent. The food at the connecting restaurant was horrible. »

« This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay! »
