'Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. 'Der Anfang war etwas holprig/schwierig, da anfänglich niemand vor Ort war. Wir checkten dann unsere Mails (zum Glück war uns dies möglich im Ausland) und fanden den Zugangscode dort. Ich erhielt keine Pushmeldung deswegen von Hotel.com. In den Ferien checke ich meine Mails nicht regelmässig. Nicht alle Reisenden haben Daten im Ausland und können überhaupt ihre Mails per Handy checken. Deshalb ist diese Art des Check ins nicht praktisch und stressig. 'Very lovely main lounge area with woodburing stove - great breakfasts with especially great staff too for breakfast and dinner service and Bar on the evening the restaurant was closed. Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter . 'This is the best we stayed in while visiting Wales. The property is right on the waterfront and has the best view of Swansea. The hotel is very clean and modern and is surrounded with lots of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the food at this hotel was fabulous. Everything was cooked perfectly and especially their cockles. You absolutely have to try them. They are the best! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs. I forgot my European charger and they were gracious enough...
