'King Arthur Hotel was in a very convenient spot to explore the Gower. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The food was great and reasonable. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.'

'Kamer was prima , het ontbijt ook uitstekend. Maar dineren daar is echt niet aan te raden . Het eten is supersimpel , veel aardappel , weinig vlees , groenten te veel doorgekookt , kortom totaal niet lekker voor de Nederlandse gasten . '

'Hotel is on a busy street (though room was quiet to the back)and no place to unload luggage, only 3 free parking spots- of course all gone- for hotel and restaurant. Paid parking few minutes to walk away. Room is ok, lots of stairs, internet is very slow or not working at all but for one night it was a clean and warm place to stay '

'Lovely comfortable rooms with lovely big beds we stayed in room 5 which is absolutely massive with a nice very clean bathroom. Nice warm welcome and really friendly staff with great service. Overall highly recommend staying here as ideally placed to visit the nearby aqueduct plus Snowdonia is just over an hour away.'

'We had a very very nice stay of one night during our Welsh road trip. Very friendly staff. Everything very well organised even if it was very busy on the Saturday night. Good food for diner, excellent breakfast. If you are looking for a superb inn in original style and in a very nice place, this is it.'

'I recommend room 2. The bedroom was spacious and has a separate lounge with a sink which was very useful. Everything was clean and tidy. The food is excellent. We ate there every night as there seemed little point in searching elsewhere! There are two cask beers which were both in good condition during our stay. Not surprising as the bar / restaurant area was busy with locals and guests every night. Breakfast excellent too. Relaxing atmosphere. We’ll be back.'

'Great property. There is a small check in desk just behind the bar area. Staff at check were super friendly. Room clean and spacious and super king size bed really comfortable. We had a room for 3-4 so had a super king size and then a single bed in the room. Would definitely use again when in the area. O my downsize was it’s quite costly for a pub hotel at £125. '

'Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.'

'Good value hotel about a mile from the city centre. Doors are all combination so there is no worry about losing the key. Room had to be reprogrammed but the staff did this quickly and cheerfully. Very helpful and welcoming.'
