'I booked in the morning of the checkin and mid afternoom ready for checkin. There was no sign. I tried to call them, no reply. I wrote and after some time came a message that booking is canceled. No answer on the phone nor on the mail.
I entered with the help of other guests the house and nocked on the dopr of the appartment in a relatively shabby dark part of the building. Some guests opened me, but there was noone around. It looks like a fraud.
Hotel.com refunded me and gave me a bit more to...

'Das Zimmer 5 zum Hof in tollem, ideenreichem Design. Das große Polsterbett mit super bequemer Matratze, eine aber riesige Zudecke. Zum Flur und zum Duschbad geht es drei Stufen hoch, muss man nachts aufpassen. Offenes Kleiderregal mit vielen Bügeln, Minikühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kapselmaschine sind nützlich. Viele Steckdosen für Ladekabel sind vorhanden. Das Fenster öffnet sehr harkelich. Die Lage ist genial, '

'ミラノからローマの鉄道が早朝だった為、一泊のみ利用でした。ラグジュアリーなホテルは求めていないので、立地条件を含め、とても快適・清潔でした。オーナーの女性も丁寧な対応でした。相部屋なので、他の旅行者に若干、気配りは必要ですが、それほどではありません。旅慣れた方は便利なホテルだと思います。'
