'Super central location and great facilities and friendly staff! Were able to check us in a bit earlier, catered to requests like extra blankets and were friendly from the valet to the desk to the restaurant. The room was really spacious and the amenities were good. Love love loved the location, 5min walk from the metro and 30 second walk to the tram stop. Plenty of restaurant options in the are too and made it very easy to get around. Not to mention it's convenient when booking a day-trip to...

'exceptional hotel, from the nice customer service to the food,(breakfast included was phenomenal, so many options and fresh). It is also well located. There arw grocery shops, including an Aldi, and a 6 min walk to milano centralie station, among other train stations. Getting to main attractions via train was easy and fast. Absolutely loved my stay.

'We had a very nice stay in this hotel! Staff is friendly and always willing to help, breakfast was good and the property is right in the city center so everything is walkable! The only disadvantage of the central location is that we heard the tram passing by in the night/early morning whilst we were in our room. '
