'This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). It lacks spices as someone else pointed out but I have learned to always bring my own. Communication is excellent… probably the best I have ever had. 'Clean, great location near many restaurants and metro. Would stay there again. The challenge was getting luggage up and down 5 flights of a spiral staircase. Kept us in shape from the good food.'

'The place was truly spacious as advertised and a lovely apartment in the center of Paris. Amenities around the area were superb such as Bastille metro station ( really helped transportation), carrefour express for a quick grocery shopping, pharmarcy with any everyday needs. The only tiny discomfort was the French neighbors and residents smoke a lot... and we're not smokers (very sensitive to smoke). However, if you don't mind the smoke or city noises then this is the perfect place to stay!'

'The location was great and the apartment was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. Communication from the host was unresponsive, the kitchen sink wasn’t working during our stay, and there was significant noise from a neighboring unit. The checkout process was also not very smooth. With better communication and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.'

'This was a perfect location for our first time in Paris. We stayed for 6 days and walked just about everywhere we could because of the convenience. We found some great eating options near by. There are plenty of shops with great prices. It worked well for a group of 3 girls. The host checked on us throughout our time. I definitely recommend staying here! '
