'We stayed at the Cancun resort - the family site with the beach The Riviera Maya site is adults only with no beach (yet). I will repeat what others have said; the staff are phenomenal. Attentive to any request. Everyone is professional and works very hard. Service with a smile, and on two occasions I noticed they were utmost polite even when guests were being very rude to them.
Rooms, pools, and entire resort very clean. I especially took note of the team that gets up before dawn and works...

Wel mooi zwembad met bijna hele dag vrij luide muziek. 95% van Gasten zijn Amerikanen en het hotel heeft helaas geen Latin vibe.'
