Cottages in Puerto Morelos

'The hotel is oké. It is not very good but it is not bad at all. It has a convenient location. No need to worry about sound nuisance because you do hear some music from a nearby bar but it was definitely not bothering us. The hotel is nearby the town center and all the restaurants. Nearby the beach and it has a lovely pool on the rooftop. The pool needs some maintenance and the glass panels need some cleaning. The hotel really needs to do something about their plumbing but there is some lovely...

'I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts.'

'Áreas limpias personal servicial , buena ubicación albercas limpias'

'Great hotel but the quality of food and restaurants could be a bit better. It is just not of good quality. French is not afrench Italian is not Italian Japanese is not Japanese. I fully understand as all of the staff are Mexican and are doing a great job in pleasung everyone.'

'The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.'

'Excellent'

'We were very impressed with the staff and the facilities, such as the bars and the day spa. We were less impressed with the food at the on-site restaurants. The resort seemed to present itself as a boutique facility, but it didn't measure up to that standard when it came to the kitchen. Both the food quality and taste were much lower than expected. At times almost without flavor. Without major changes to the food options, we'd likely stay at the hotel again, but not at the all-inclusive...

'Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées'

'Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌'

'El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos'

'This was a getaway with my two adult sons. We had a Master Premium suite and honestly, this place knocked it out of the ballpark. The room was very comfortable, well appointed. The housekeeping staff were attentive with twice a day visits. Turndown service at night and general cleaning in the morning. The food was excellent. This is a smaller resort so not quite as many choices as might be found in larger places. It's strongly advised that you book all your dinner reservations at the...

'The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good at every meal. However, the property felt outdated and could use some renovations and better maintenance. The road leading to the hotel was in such poor condition that we initially thought we were going to the wrong place. The staff were generally helpful, but the service was average rather than exceptional.'

'Disappointing Stay at Sensira Resort Cancun – Not Worth the Hype Our stay at Sensira Resort Cancun started with high hopes but ended with many disappointments. While the property has potential and the location is beautiful, the overall experience did not live up to expectations – especially for an all-inclusive resort. Service Issues: From the beginning, it was clear that service here is heavily tip-driven. If you don’t tip waiters upfront or regularly, you may be ignored or treated with...

'Hotel & Beach Club Ojo de Agua is a perfect option if you are doing a round trip in Yucatan and don't want to spend your first night on arrival in Cancun. The hotel is not modern and the rooms might come across oldfashioned but it offers quite a decent value for money. What fully makes up for this is the location next to the beach and beach facilities provided. Also it is great they have a big pool so kids can switch from the beach to the pool in 20 seconds. Next to that they offer an amazing...
