'The property when I first got there was very nice. Great views. They offered an upgrade to preferred with an ocean view for an additional fee which I took. It included access to the rooftop pool and bar/lunch area. The room ended up being a view of mostly construction with a view of the ocean to the left of the construction in the distance. The room wasn’t worth it but the rooftop access was nice. Unfortunately after 2 days there my fiancé and I caught a terrible stomach bug and ended up...

' Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. '

'We had as great time with our family of 5 (8, 5, and 1.5 year old). We booked a family concierge package and was very pleasantly surprised by the level of 1:1 service. The resort is tailored for children which made the trip so enjoyable. They had surprises and welcome gifts for the kids including a backpack of wooden toys and other useful things, fish food for feeding the koi and turtles, hide and seek balloons in the room. All the staff were very helpful, often taking the time to escort us to...
