'We stayed at 4 hotels on this trip and this was hands down the best hotel we stayed at. The room was spacious! Breakfast was included and they had 3 waffle irons to help alleviate long lines.'

'Staff cordial and friendly. Bed was very good. You can tell when a lot of improvements were made to the room. One charming feature was the closet was located under the TV and you had to bend down to use it Three drawbacks: Pillows were terrible very big and hard. After the 4th night I got a crook in the neck Also, the toilet was too low and the shower drain was not lower so the used water did not drain off quickly.'

'Overall, a good stay. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room did have a mysterious brown stain on the blinds. Besides that, the room was clean.'

'What did you like or what was unique about the property? I liked that the property was conveniently located near my intended destination. There were also numerous shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access dining and other amenities. What didn't you like? I was concerned that the rear of the property was not secured. Additionally, several residents were sitting on buckets and chairs in the back smoking, which detracted from the overall appearance and sense of security.'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '
