'Overall stay was good! Communication with property owner was good. Easy fast check in. The condo was a little dirty, shower tub in master dirty, stained, and some soap scum buildup. Didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths for number of people or nights. Never found any extra blankets or pillows. The smoke detector was chirping when we arrived had to replace the battery twice during our stay. The condo had a bad smell (thinking it was neighbors up above). Location was great and central to...

'This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.'

'The condo was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked and is in the beautiful Kingsmill Gated Community right next to Busch Gardens. Many attractions are located nearby. We had a great stay. '

'We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym...
