« The room was not as described. They listed 50” smart TV’s, which they did not have. We booked the room as a rest day before we flew out and planned to watch tv all day, which we could with their digital channels, but the TV’s were outdated and not smart, so we could not log in to any streaming platforms. The rooms are old and outdated. The bedding in the master room was disgusting and full of hair. The sheets weren’t white and were colored, which means they wouldn’t have been able to bleach...

« Overall the room was fine. There was an issue with the remote control for the cable box, apparently a battery issue. Also, some if the Roku remotes didn’t work the TV’s in the bedrooms. »

« These people are awful. Double booked our condo, left us without a place to stay after driving 18 hours and took no accountability nor offered any kind of help resolving the issue. Ignored phone calls and texts, lied about the booking, and refused to communicate. »
