This was the perfect place for our vacation! The location was close to major attractions and shopping. The check-in process was very easy and property staff was kind and courteous. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and the pool/deck area was clean and well maintained. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for three weeks in February 2026 and had a lovely overall stay. We have previously stayed at Blue Heron Beach Resort about 10 years ago and were happy to return, the location really is fantastic. It’s so close to all the theme parks, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around incredibly easy. The views from the living room and balcony were absolutely outstanding and one of our favourite parts of the stay. The pool area is also lovely. The space was a good size for our family of four, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus for a longer trip. It was also very helpful that some essentials were provided, including bin bags, washing and dishwasher tablets etc, which helped until we did a shop. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.While the apartment was generally clean, there were a few maintenance items that could use some attention and updating. Addressing these would really elevate the overall experience.That said, we had a great stay overall and would recommend the property for its excellent location, views, and convenience.Thank you!! :)

Quick Orlando Stay

Check in was really easy...very nice young lady at the desk and very helpful / efficient. Property - very nice pool area and walkway near the water with putt putt golf and watersports next door.Room was as expected with no surprises...Thanks!

A wonderful high level condo with strategically placed bedroom that out the front door you can see the fireworks from all the Disney properties from the common balcony yet the back balcony has an absolutely gorgeous view of the swimming pool way down below and the lake Beyond and the sunrise on International Drive and a little bit like a Star Wars view of all the Lush Landscaping all the amenities were there including a jacuzzi tub surprise in the primary bedroom all the basic pots and pans Bulls Etc are available there was a washer and dryer there as well and the bunk beds were fun to see and the air conditioning worked really really well for what was a hot human several days some reports of the musty smell is just because it hasn't been stayed in for a few days if you open the doors for just a little bit and run the air conditioning that will go away no big deal thanks for having us

Good location. Beautiful view and pool. Love the swing on the deck. Comfortable condo but there were a few issues. The screen on the deck is broken and unusable. The wifi didn’t work but the resort has their own you can use. Liked the jet tub but the water heater temp is set too low to enjoy it. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. Dark discoloration in corners of ceiling. Owner only responded promptly once. Bunk beds in the wall would be fun for young kids. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. Still enjoyed our stay despite the issues.

Enjoyable stay at a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron Beach Resort. The location was perfect for visits to Disney parks. We enjoyed morning walks along the lakefront boardwalk/nature walk. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean and having two full bathrooms was very nice. Views from 9th floor over the lake were beautiful.

Our orlando vacation

The property was just as the owner described beautiful lake ,big swimming pool and a good size hot tub. Communication was amazing with the owners very fast response. As soon as we checked i noticed things wrong with the property smalls things I just didn't want to be charged for. Again communication was good. The owners don't live by rental property. So they had no clue. The only thing that I did not like about the rental property was there was a smell. I'm not sure what it was.. i tried leaving the patio door open for fresh air. Even done a load of there towels just so fresh laundry was in the air to try and help but just could not get rid of the smell the property is worth a check if your plans as going to the parks close by.

Great condo and great location

Loved the location of this condo as it is so convenient to the theme parks and particularly Disney Springs. It is well decorated and has a beautiful view of Lake Bryan from the 9th floor balcony. Loved the layout and space for 2 people was plentiful. The kitchen was convenient to use although could have done with more cutlery and plates. Also the condo could use a detail cleaning of the couch upholstery, cushions, living area rug, and floors. Noticed our feet were quite dirty when walking barefooted the first day. I did notice as well the ceiling stains and strange smell that others have mentioned previously. We had to buy air fresheners to offset that. Overall a pleasant stay and would rent again.

Nice unit in beautiful resort

We loved the boardwalk and lake on the property. Unit was as described and response from owner was great. Only issue we had was with new app for using mobile phone to access the elevator and room. Only worked for elevator for us. Just had to get physical key card which worked fine. Only issue is they.

Just what I needed

Enjoyed my stay. Great view of the lake outside the balcony window. If you're going to Disney or any of the other attractions, this is the perfect place for you. Traffic was a hassle on Memorial Day Weekend, but that's to be expected.

The condo is as advertised. It was very nice and clean. A great view. Check in was very easy and fast! My only issue is the mattress was a king and the frame was a california king, so the pillows kept falling behind the bed until we moved it. Very minor though. I would and am planning on staying again!

Beautiful view

Very clean, very clear communication, check in process easy and parking is nice in the garage. The view is beyond beautiful I enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The pool and hot tub are super nice to relax in.
