'When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready and when I did get a room, it was the wrong room Then I had to come all the way downstairs to get the right room key and the plumbing in the room with the shower is on. It sounds like a boat when the rooms around you take a shower you still hear that same noise. The toilet water comes out of the toilet when you flush it. I did not enjoy my stay. I hope this helps.'

'Pros- Great property and layout. Gorgeous beach and wait staff. Staff was super courteous. Quality restaurants and bars. Beautiful clean rooms. The only minor downside is the bathroom has no vent and didn't air out quickly and the door was a sliding door that didn't give much soundproofing. Overall A++'

'We got in 1130 and needed food-we timed it as the marketing said in room till 12 but we called 1130 and they said closed. We wanted to mail a few items as marketing said package receiving and mailing but there were no stamps-please update amenities features to revise times and features.'

'Rooms were very quiet. The restaurant, Lattitudes, was very convenient with good selections. The views of the beach and location were terrific. '
