B&B in Metrostation Serrano

'Terrible, never stay here! It’s so complicated to enter the room and they gave us a key that didn’t work. We told them from the beginning of the stay that the key doesn’t work, they don’t respond to you. Then on the last night the key fully broke inside of the door and locked everyone out, I wasn’t able to get back in to sleep until 9am. They still dont respond all this time. I was waiting on the street over night because the key was broken and they don’t respond.'

'The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying.'
