'El mejor anfitrión que he tenido en bastantes viajes. Dándonos facilidades, preocupándose de que todo esté bien y solucionando los inconvenientes que pudiesen surgir, el trato fue increíble. Las escaleras del portal a nivel personal no me convencieron mucho pero el apartamento está genial, cuidado, limpio, modernizado, y con buenísima ubicación. Repetiremos en otra ocasión sin duda. 'Prachtig appartement met groot terras dat een fantastisch uitzicht geeft op het koninklijk paleis. Een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Madrid te voet te verkennen. Metro en bushaltes zijn om de hoek. Het appartement heeft zeer ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden/matrassen en mooi onderhouden, moderne badkamers. Heel goed onthaal door de eigenaar die ons tevens heel wat tips gaf over de bezienswaardigheden en horeca in de buurt. Zou niet twijfelen om opnieuw te boeken bij een volgend...

'What a great property in a great location. Right next to the Calle Mayor. All amenities were nice and comfortable. Elena was a perfect host. She always responded promptly and was very attentive. I will DEFINITELY stay here each time I come back to Alcala!'

'Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.'

'This apartment is clean and bright as illustrated It is well-located, being close to Gran Via, the Palace, Plaza Espana, the University and about a 25-minute walk to the Prado, the Thyssen and the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen has the basics (but you will surely be eating out!). An English translation of the washer/dryer manual would be very useful'

'Limpieza inexistente, muebles viejos y rotos, menaje destrozado e insuficiente para la capacidad de la vivienda. La vivienda carece de mantenimiento ninguno, los nórdicos estaban sucios, no facilitan leña para la chimenea. En resumen nada recomendable'

'Se trataba de pasar un par de semanas desconectados y disfrutando de la familia y del lugar. Y esta casa y su anfitriona no solamente cubrieron nuestras expectativas sino que las sobrepasaron. La comunicación muy fluida y ella siempre muy atenta y pendiente de que todo funcionara a la perfección. Volveremos sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias de verdad!!'

'Het verblijf is aan onderhoud toe. Schimmelgeur was aanwezig. Douche half defect...kortom geen aanrader. De eigenaar spreekt alleen spaans en reageert vrij langzaam. Wel een prima locatie.'
