'Loved the cook-to-order fresh meals! All front desk staff were so friendly and eager to help. Our Bell Hop was always so attentive & was sure to be on the lookout for us to get the door (this was greatly appreciated; two toddler sons traveled with us), one staff member stood out most though, she delivered our meals two days in a row and was one of the most authentic, energetic, friendly, innovative individuals we met. 'Modern Hotel with 500 Rooms and 15 Floors, the rooftop Bar is very small! Tribeca and Battery Park are a good place to stay, very safe. Breakfast was in the time we were there was only a la carte and a bit expensive (90 $ for 2 Plus 18% Tips)'
