The room was comfortable but a bit cramped. The building is old, so it can be noisy, however since most other guests there are elderly there were no noisy drunks late at night! 'This is an old-fashioned hotel with mostly elderly guests. The breakfast is very simple and typically British. No concessions to tourists. The beds are hard. It is simple and clean but not very pleasant.'

'A pleasant B & B in pleasant Llandudno. The room I had was a fair size and everything I needed was present. The breakfast served was good, but no more than that. The service in the breakfast room was very friendly and super efficient. The location is a bit of a stroll from the trainstation, so for those arriving by train calculate a 10 minute walk. But once you're there it is close enough to the main street, promenade, beach and pier. The price is very sharp, so don't expect a 4 star B & B, but...
