'Reception is excellent, fastest check in, in quite a while. Car rentals are available onsite. We had dinner & breakfast here before our journey south on the Costa Rica West Coast. There are a lot of family's that use this place as it is very close to LIR airport. The room was spacious, bathroom clean but starting to show signs of needing updating. All the staff that we encountered were fabulous. About the only complaint was that to get a bottle of water you had to pay $5 USD for a quart of local...

'Quiet little hotel tucked out of the way. Only confusion for me was how to set the water temperature in the shower - I’ve never seen an electric shower head!'

'Convenient close to the airport. 12 minute drive with our rental car. From the city it is also only a 5 minute drive. I would not recommend to walk. Breakfast was freshly made and consists out of typical Costa Rican hot dish, toast, cereals and fresh fruit. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening. The room was convenient and clean. The bed was good. Relaxing at the end of the day you can do at the well maintained pool area. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. '

'Het enige goede was de afstand tot de luchthaven. Het zogezegde a la carte ontbijt kwam neer op de keuze hoe je je eieren kon laten bakken, meer was er niet a la carte. Steeds dezeldde rijst en gebakken bananen, ik dacht dat ik in cuba zat. Wij hebben hier vier dagen verbleven waarvan 4 teveel. Ten zeerste af te raden. Lichten en kluis werkten niet, op een dag stonden zowel onze voordeur en achterdeur wagenwijd open, ze hadden de lampen hersteld. Gelukkig waren we niet lang weg. De gelukkige...

'Hygiene is onder de maat in dit hotel. Zwembad en kamer onvoldoende schoon. Door het hotel bestelde (te dure) taxi voor naar de luchthaven was niet aanwezig.'

'Betaalbaar, centraal gelegen en erg basic. Prima voor 1 nacht als je een bus wilt pakken '

'Cheap and very mediocre. Front desk person was nice. The room was... quaint, to put it nicely. Very stuffy so I spent as little time in it as possible. 2 beds, 1 fan, 1 tv whose reception was so bad I couldn’t watch anything. WiFi at least was fast. Separate bathroom was not very clean. Cute little courtyard but needs some hammocks asap! Overall would not recommend. '
