Appartementen in Kim Ma

'狭い路地を入ってすぐのところに建物があります。タクシー横付けは無理です。 交通騒音は少ないですが、目の前の建物の工事の音が結構します。 室内が清潔かと言われたら、日本人の求めるクオリティにはかなりの乖離があると思います。 風呂場のタイル目地にはもちろんカビはあり、タイルも薄白い汚れがあり隅々を見渡すと、掃除をしている感じは無いです。 ベッドシーツも整頓しているだけで、交換はありませんでした。 初日と同じ位置にずっと染みがあったので、なるほどって思いました。 流石に先客の使ったシーツを使い回す事は無いと思いますが、潔癖の方は気持ち悪くて眠れないと思います。 良い点は、洗濯物を室内の洗濯カゴに入れておくと無料で洗濯してくれる事ですね! 外出から戻ると着替えが必要な位暑かったので、とても助かりました。 リンラン地区メインの方は、朝食付きの日系ホテルのほうが無難かな？って思います。'

'Perfect location '

'Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals.We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

'Oda da ihtiyacınız olan her şey ve daha fazlası mevcut. Oda da gayet yaşanabilir. Projeksiyon olması harşka bir detay ve banyonun da konsepti çok iyi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.'
