'The hotel is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We had a big group since we were celebrating a 40th and a 10th birthday party. Daniel at the pool bar and all our servers at the pool and restaurants were great. Always making sure we had drinks and food available. Our butlers were sahid and Gustavo and they again always made sure our reservations were ready every night and helped us with pool chairs everyday. We loved our time here and will be back '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
