Chambres d'hôtes de rêve à Parc d'État de l'île Hontoon

« Be Careful With This Hotel! I was charged $20 for two towels that I never had because the staff never left them in my room. Now, they are charging me for towels I never received. I have tried contacting the hotel three times to resolve this issue, but no one has helped me. Every time I call, they tell me the manager will call me back, but I have never received a call. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Be careful when staying at this hotel, because they may charge you for towels...

« Nice hotel, but too expensive for what you get. Not enough chairs at the pool. No airport shuttle and received wrong information from someone at the desk who gave us a number to call for a transportation service, saying it should be $15-20 (it was $50 $20 early fee - just take an Uber!) »

Qualite-prix 10/10 »
