'this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.'

We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home.'
