'SUMMER BREAK ALL OVER AGAIN!!! Hotel situated right on parking lot of a beautiful beach, with beautiful people. Broadway directly next to the Hotel on right and Wharf just steps away to the left. Next to Hotel is an Oyster Bar, which is a restaurant by Day and Night Club by Night; party 24 hours. Hotel has bikes and beach essentials. No Elavator. Limited parking, but what an adventure.'

'Listen, I was under no illusions about signing up for a Spartan stay. But this was a little extreme. The building was unfinished, literally exposed to the elements here and there. The rooms were not initially designed to be rooms and had serious nooks and crannies you could see through from the outside. There was no way to lock your room if you didn't bring a lock of your own. 'Great location for the beach and exploring downtown Santa Monica. The unit was great in every respect, and the rooftop park is amazing: lovely pool, lots of places to sit, beautiful plants, outdoor gym, great view, and even a dog park. It's rare to find a rooftop pool/common area that allows dogs, and this is a huge asset for those of us who travel with one. Had a really great time teaching my daughter to shoot pool on the rooftop billiard table with the pier in the distance. First-rate, will...

'Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. '
